The story of U.S.A made Seals-it is a quiet reminder of determination and meeting the right people. Another 3 generation company, Stan Matczak, Sr started with the tooling company Allyn Tools, which focused in aviation seals. (Name drop: the legend, Charles A. Lindberg helped introduce Stan to the industry). Later his son Skip Matczak would craft rubber to metal parts paving the way for use in other industries. Currently, heir apparent Seth Carlson takes the helm with a deep interest and experience in racing and mechanics.
It wasn’t hard to geek out on this client. These are the type of visionaries and machinists that can make anything. They hold numerous ground breaking patents, particularly in the NASCAR field.

Seals-it today is known primarily in the racing community but our focus was customer acquisition, speaking to the other industries. A secondary navigation by industry allows stakeholders to narrow their results quickly.
Horizontal racing stripes were used as a graphic element throughout, but we wanted to draw out the customization page as a special section with vertical stripes in yellow that lead a narrative down the page. This section shows the typical process of a custom piece. Many customers call on Seals-it/Allyn Tool to reverse-engineer of out of production parts but they also make a good business of working with the client from spec to finish with a new part.
