The Brunell’s have their hands in a lot of tills. Owners of both RW’s and B-Safe Storage, there is a lot of natural crossover.
Certainly their fleet is not typical with their area competitors. As first call for the Mass Pike Authority their prior yellow pages website did little to impress, with little SEO and a weak user experience. The critical part of this redesign was not just aesthetics and storytelling, but leveraging as a crucial tool for emergency searching. The heart and largest investment of their business is their fleet. Not finding RW’s because of their search rankings would do little to help this investment and the dedication over 3 generations.
Fortuitously, we had a loaded firetruck on location to demonstrate the weight capacity of their lifts. Absolutely this is bragging rights. Not only is this equipment extremely expensive and specialized, their in-house equipment and roadside assistance can service large vehicles such a tractor trailers with ease.
Our client has incredibly skilled technicians, they’re hard working and they were a dream to shoot. We had to work around sudden calls and adjusted our schedules but this after all is the nature of the business and we were able to capture a concise view of a day in the life.

Being raised with the company for 2 and 3 generations as this family has can be difficult to pen out. Taking this on and allowing them to do what they do best, allowed us to observe and extract all parts of their service industry, their relationship with their clients and speak for them in a way they would be hard-pressed to tout themeselves.
Our main objective was making the site acted as a critical tool for the user – likely visiting under extreme duress. Phone numbers are large and featured multiple times depending on how SEO brought the user to the site.
For everyone else that might review the site trust and validation, showcasing all the capabilities (emergency roadside, inspections, maintenance and tune-up, rentals, etc) served the considered, less urgent user. All common reasons one might read up on a shop and aiming to create interest in RW’s as their lifelong trusted shop.
